Sir national consumers helpline has been useless for the consumers as its role is like canker bloom which outlook is like rose but without the smell. More than one dozen representations disposed of by quoting same as- item under manufacturer warranty so the consumer may approach nearest service centre. Whether a defective unresponsive item can be sold in the name manufacturer warranty.
 Whether it is justified to sell a defective and unresponsive item or product awaiting repair from the date of delivery could not be started. The company replied in each grievance like a parrot as-Item found under manufacturer warranty so the buyer needs to visit nearest service centre hence case closed. Sevice warranty is a subsequent stage if the product purchased may be usable when it was defective and unresponsive from the date it was received, how can it be sold to the applicant Whether defective and unresponsive items are sold to consumers in this largest democracy in the world. Even registered address of E-bay and seller was not made available and still not made available in order to seek justice as to register or file a case on an appropriate consumer forum address is the must.

श्री मान जी प्रार्थी को जो  टेबलेट  कुरिएर एजेंट  द्वारा  उपलब्ध कराया गया  वह चालू हालत में नही था  वह चार्ज तक नही हो रहा था  मैंने तुरंत चार घंटे तक इन्तजार के पश्चात रिफंड के लिये प्रार्थना किया और उसके पश्चात २० पत्र भेजे गये किन्तु  हर शिकायत में  कंपनी के  एजेंट सिर्फ यही लिखे –

श्री मान जी प्रार्थी ने टेबलेट को उसी प्रकार पैक करके रख दिया है  श्री मान जी जो उत्पाद चालू हालत में  ही नही उसकी  कंपनी वारंटी क्या | वारंटी का सम्बन्ध तो  नये चालू हालत में खरीदे गये  और उसे  यूज  में  लाने के दौरान बिगड़ने पर होती है | श्री मान जी किसी उपभोक्ता को  बिगड़ा  हुआ डिफेक्टिव उत्पाद बेचना तो अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है  एक तरह से उन्होंने उपभोक्ता को धोखा दिया | इ बे ने री फण्ड देने से इनकार कर दिया और प्रार्थी द्वारा २० शिकायते की गयी  किन्तु  आप के राष्ट्रिय उप भोक्ता  हेल्प लाइन  एक रटा हुआ जवाब लगाती है |

A defaulter can’t be a judge so the company may restrain itself from deciding what to do the consumer as it is subject of the appropriate forum. Why are the concerned procrastinating in simply providing some feedback which is essential in order to conduct a business in any country? Claim rejection is arbitrary, illegal and infringement of consumer rights of the applicant. Item will come under warranty if it may be the underuse of the customer but third-grade defective item sold by seller liable to be returned back and Ebay may refund my paid amount. Here both ebay staffs and seller are acting in caucus with each other and cheating innocent and gullible citizenry.
