Whether this is not failure of law order machinery in the state that first aggrieved lady was overlooked when she made efforts to seek justice through proper channel and latter when after the interference of court as court ordered to submit again reinvestigation report , offenders are threatening to murder her .
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that on one side of screen ,government of Uttar Pradesh claim to provide speedy justice to women in order curb atrocity against women but on other side of screen victim running from pillar to post in order to get justice. Matter is concerned with gang rape with tribal woman of Manihan police station District- Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh by influential people specially staffs of government of Uttar Pradesh. For detail ,please take a glance of attached document with this representation and be apprised with the anarchy.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that most surprising is that after the direction of court , victim of gang rape -tribal lady was examined medically after three months from the date court issued order . Whether in this way order of court is complied in the government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether concerned staffs of government of Uttar Pradesh really made efforts in order to book the offenders.
