Grievance Description : Mr. Manager Sir ,Your kind attention is drawn towards communication made today at 18:52 bearing subject as CPGRAM COMPLAINT REG.NO.DEABD-E-2017-02315 Charan Jeet Singh Saluja ,Assistant General Manager (CS)/ सहायक महा प्रबन्धक ( ग्राहक सेवा ), State Bank of India / भारतीय स्टेट बैंक , Local Head Office/ स्थानीय प्रधान कार्यालय ,Lucknow/ लखनऊ. Contents of aforesaid communication herein as follows- With reference to your complaint, we have to advise that due some technical problem draft cannot be issued on said date. However, matter has been taken up with the technical team and issue was resolved. We regret inconvenience caused to you in the matter. Following message displayed on the screen when your applicant made request for processing of demand draft online as – Due to some technical problems we are unable to process your request currently. Please try later. Please take a glance of attached PDF WITH this representation. If online request can’t be processed because of technical problems and when your applicant making request by submitting representation ,flimsy excuses are being made as recourse, then think about miserable condition of the bank. One more request of your applicant ,please don’t get the submitted online grievance disposed unless grievance is actually disposed otherwise at the latter stage multiple applications are submitted in order to get the submitted grievance disposed. You have only two option -1-Either scavenge the technical lacuna so that online processing could be carried out smoothly or bank draft may issued on the ground of request as made earlier mentioned in your response as well as attached with this communication. After all if request OF D.D. couldn’t be processed by S.B.I. IN regard to R.T.I. fee payments ,then High court of judicature at Allahabad may prescribe other simple mode of fee payments like postal orders and others as is going on in apex court of India.
