In the aforementioned matter, the applicant raised the matter concerned poor network and slow network speed in regard to Airtel Mobile number-9794760348 but concerned instead of redressing the grievance submitted concocted reports without taking any action in order to redress the grievance. Accordingly, Airtel company had to provide 1.4 GB data per day but its speed is so slow that applicant can use merely 200 MB per day and average it may be only 100 MB per day. Whether it is not a breach of trust? In the name of the network, there are lines and consumer may content with these lines and Vodafone company mobile number-7379105911 shows fewer lines but its network speed is better in comparison to Airtel. There is no e-mail to provide the instant redressal to consumers in Airtel company and on complaint number 198, grievances are not attended by the customer cares of Airtel company. Whether it is not arbitrariness in providing services to consumers and violations of consumers rights of consumers?

This was specific complaint in order to seek redress from the staffs of company but company staff made policy reply without redressing the grievance.
Customer Complained regarding facing Poor Network Coverage, internet Speed and Connectivity issue at his location. Mail marked to the concerned team for checking the same. As per the team revert, Partial Network Coverage area and the best possible network as on date. No immediate solution. Feedback taken on low coverage, address noted and forwarded for future planning of new site. Case Closed.
