  1. Lions school Laldiggi Mirzapur charging Rs.30000 as admission fee per student and justified by D.I.O.S. Mirzapur as this fee is charged by the institution for three years while the building of institution made in the land of the municipality Mirzapur city at the same time other institutions are charging only Rs.5000. Please justify such huge disparity as the subject of fee regulatory body.
Prima facie act of concerned public functionaries is unjustified but because of deep-rooted corruption in the government machinery, accountable public functionaries are overlooking it.

  2. This matter is concerned with the illogical extortion of the fees from the students by the money minting institutions in caucus with the corrupt public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh which must be curbed at any cost to safeguard the interests of wide number of students belonging to the the poor and weaker section.. Undoubtedly the matter is concerned with the larger public interest but it is well known fact that they will not provide information to the information seeker under The Right to Information act 2005.

  3. For the last four years applicant is raising the issue of grabbing of the land of municipality Mirzapur city by the Lions School Laldiggi Mirzapur but this money minting institution amassing huge money in the form of huge admission fee from the students still did not leave the public land. Money is power is fully characterized in the era of deep rooted corruption.

  4. Here it is most surprising that our public functionaries are not understanding that Lions school Laldiggi is charging huge admission fee Rs.30000 per student while the other private management run English medium schools are charging Rs.5000 which is one sixth of Lions which building is made on the land of municipality Mirzapur city. Whether it is justified that those using public land are proved more looter and anti-people.

  5. Here in this largest democracy, corruption is so rampant that whoever is provided powers to promote good governance, they instead of using it constructively, only misuse it to increase backdoor income. Here it is obvious that in the name regulation of fee in the private management run English medium schools, only bribe is taken or politics is done by the political masters. Just last year chief minister Yogi Aditynath was advocating regulation of fee and claimed no guardian will pay more than Rs.20000 in a year of his ward tuition fee he also claimed that guardians will not pay the fees of summer when school remained closed but here surprising is that fee of lack-down period is being charged and chief minister is silent.
