Sir, ipso facto obvious that it has been categorically stated in the subject of the grievance संदर्भ संख्या : 60000190143147 that Matter is concerned with the Indira Gandhi Post graduate college Lalganj Mirzapur as charging more fees from students comparatively. Detail application is herewith attached. Which is a government college directly monitored by the department of Higher Education of Government of Uttar Pradesh not by any University if matter is concerned with the affiliation of the college with the university, then it is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith not to Beer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University Jaunpur. If the college is not concerned in any way to the Beer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University Jaunpur then how the matter was forwarded to registrar, Beer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University Jaunpur by the principal secretary, higher education, Government of Uttar Pradesh? Which canon law allows the concerned to forward the matter of the grievance to the public authority with which matter is not concerned? Whether it is not reflection of inscrutable face of sphinx? It is crystal clear, matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption and accountable senior rank staffs of the government is overlooking the matter in cryptic matter?

.3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Second fee receipt which is the Fee receipt number M 2033 is the second page of the attached PDF documents to the grievance is of the Satyjeet son of Ashok Kumar Pal who is studying in in Kanhaiya Lal Basant Lal post-graduate college Mirzapur which is government-aided Institution and charged only 2847 rupees college. How a government college may charge more fee in comparison to a government-aided institution? Whether it is not corruption is being allowed by our accountable public functionaries by shutting their ears and eyes?
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
