Your applicant is resident of Uttar Pradesh but his grievance is concerned with the administration of central government. When latter transaction succeeded ,then formers must be returned back into the account through which payments made but such practice is adopted by a transparent and accountable system.  According to state bank of India ,matter is concerned with C.R.P.F. As S.B.I. Paid all amount as transacted to C.R.P.F. So grievance awaits redressal at the end of accountable public functionaries of C.R.P.F.

Your applicant and his family  is on the verge of hunger  and your subordinates are looting your applicant ,besides this you Hon’ble  Sir have provided us good governance is not ridiculous . No action is taken on the submitted grievances  and despite being unsuccessful  in providing us right to livelihood ,your staffs are snatching the bread from the mouth of my family members.
When payments were made successfully then why dilapidated website of C.R.P.F. Was displaying the message ,please make payment and applicant was not allowed to print out application.

Hon’ble Sir your applicant made payment of fee through internet banking in regard to Advertise Number-A.VI-19/2015-RECTT(MIN),application number-8105297 ,Name of Applicant-Mohammad Akaram. But website of CRPF still seeking payment and submitted application couldn’t be printed out. 27 April 2016 15:19 Helpline number-01124368630 always remains busy so not feasible to get any help on this number. With due respect your applicant/petitioner wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Thanks Success             APPLICATION NO. :8105297       SBI TRANSACTION NUMBER : IG0BWTSOV0       PAID AMOUNT :100       YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER : 1815155      TRANSACTION STATUS :Success       STATUS DESCRIPTION : Completed successfully.                      Print Application 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when your applicant paid the fee ipsofacto obvious from aforementioned submission 1 as well as from attached document with this representation , then why submitted application of Mohammad Akaram couldn’t be printed out. So your applicant suffered loss of Rs.130 . For a poor family this is huge loss. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

As prescribed in the notification issued in the recruitment C.R.P.F. Head constable ministerial post.   2. Whether this is not reflection of insolence of public functionaries who have settled the grievances without refunding the extra deducted amount to account of account holder. When the public functionaries are looting the citizenry in day light, then anarchy in the society can be easily understood.
