How consumer rights are safe in this democracy where useless defective old products are delivered to customers

in your account and third party information cannot be shared by us as a matter

Helpdesk complaint number to enable us to access the records and respond

Honourable
staff of the Amazon online shopping matter is not concerned with the third
party and in this regard we have already interacted with each other. Since I am
husband of the aggrieved lady quite obvious from the submitted Aadhar cards as
well as authorized representative so such excuses on the part of you is only
showing that you are frightened to be exposed. Who will not allow me to argue
in the matter on behalf of my wife in this largest democracy in the world I
have already sent you the e-mail in this regard so no need of more mutual
exchange of communications.
On
behalf of Preeti Singh, this representation is being submitted to the competent
authority in order to seek justice as cheating was made on Amazon online
shopping to the aggrieved. .Whether it is justified that a seller may deliver a
defective product to the customer and when the returned with refund request is
made then staffs of the Amazon online shopping procrastinate on the request
moreover when the product was returned by purchaser itself then seller
concerned conspires on false and flimsy ground to avoid refund and others
detriment occurred to consumer because of defective unresponsive item/product
was served delivered by seller by colluding with the Amazon online shopping
Preeti Singh is my wife and within six months I have purchased more than fifty
items from the Amazon online shopping and here this question arises that why
had I not made an objection in other products except this I remained the prime
member of Amazon online shopping for two years and disconnected its terms after
this cheating made by a seller by colluding the staffs Amazon online shopping.
I never commit wrong and never allow itself to be a victim of wrongdoings of
others so Amazon online shopping has to pay my expenses incurred during this
product dealing as no fault on the part of the aggrieved lady as the product
received defective and immediately refund order was made and delivered item
packed and second day when the agent of Amazon online shopping had come to
deliver the purchased article ,then I asked him to take this defective item
back but he said that he can take back only when they will direct my local
office to do so.

What is the fault on the part of aggrieved consumer when defective item was delivered by seller? It seems that delivered item is merely cheating and such tricks are played to cheat innocent and gullible consumers.
Whether in the name of third party information, grievance of the aggrieved lady can be overlooked? Here motive is important. Here motive of the Amazon agent is to conceal the information as fraud committed by the seller at the Amazon online shopping so its proliferation in public domain will cause adverse impact on the credit of Amazon online shopping.

Who is the applicant? Which is quite obvious from the statement Applicant-Yogi M. P. Singh on behalf of Preeti Singh which means application is of Preeti Singh being drafted by Yogi M. P.  Singh so applicant is not a third party. Every consumer has right to represent itself either in person or through its authorized representative. Applicant is husband of the aggrieved lady so to avoid matter concerned with mockery of consumer rights on flimsy ground is only to support wrongdoers who cheat consumers by making mockery of consumer rights. I am not seeking information but seeking redressal of the grievance caused pecuniary loss to the lady which means loss occurred to me.

An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry in regard to unfair dealings of the seller on the Amazon online shopping. Applicant-Yogi M. P. Singh on behalf of Preeti Singh. Mohalla-Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN code-231001. Subject-Defective and unresponsive item delivered by the seller Meili on the Amazon online shopping and his cryptic feedback is as follows-Meili Today agent of Amazon online shopping came but he expressed his inability in picking up item as no direction was given by the customer care staff of the online shopping. It can never be justified to deliver defective item and if same may be faced by concerned then they could experience the pain.

 Please take the perusal of the following attached PNG and in the earlier e-mail representation you were apprised with the receipt of the courier post and that mail representation is also attached with this representation.
Since the payment was made to Amazon online shopping so security of payment and other losses incurred will be afforded by the Amazon online shopping. Here credibility of the Amazon caused the applicant to suffer in the hand of a cheater.

Undoubtedly it is bad practice to deliver unresponsive defective item by the online Amazon shopping in the name of third party sellers who are anonymous having no identity are having fake identity and no authentic information is made available by the Amazon online shopping and prices are paid to the Amazon online shopping therefore it is obligation of Amazon online shopping to secure the amount paid by the customers instead of cheating customers by colluding with the imposters that is fake identity holders who are sailors on the Amazon online shopping.

It is most unfortunate that concerned public staffs are not thinking seriously in regard cheating with the citizens by corrupt sellers.
