Grievance Description : Please direct enquiry as matter is concerned with misuse of post and power. It seems that few one in the government encashing the popularity of new incumbent otherwise how can it be legitimate to charge commission Rs.57.00 on the collection of fee Rs.50.00 from the poor students. Whether it is justified to encash the popular figures in this way.  With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that State Bank of India is one of the premium banking institutions of India and reserve  bank of India is its regulatory body but both are silent on the issue unjustified commission extorted from the students which is sheer arbitrary ,undemocratic, illegal, not natural .Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents with this representation. I think that raised  matter is concerned with the working of central ministry so action can be taken. It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that A.V. Dicey also propounded that wherever there is discretion, there is room for arbitrariness. Even Plato believed that if ordinary men were allowed to rule by will alone, the interests of the community would be scarified to those of the ruler. Therefore there must be effective control over such institutions. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system.
