Hon’ble Sir please take a glance of this reminder as no action taken by the concerned.  It seems that your applicant will remain deprived from exercising its franchise ipso facto obvious from the attached voter slip of your applicant.  Right to vote is a Constitutional right and not a fundamental right, even though all citizens of India have this right. What is the logic of not classifying it as a Fundamental Right?

Whether our courts are not serious to our constitutional rights specially lower courts ipso facto obvious.

According to PRESS NOTE Dated : 04.01.2017 ELECTION COMMISION OF INDIA declared date of poll phase wise accordingly in District Mirzapur of Uttar Pradesh poll is going to be held on 08/03/2017 which implies that even bicycles will not be allowed to ply on roads by police. It is unfortunate that A.C.J.M. First Mirzapur on 18/01/2017 fixed next date of hearing on 08/03/2017 which is date of poll in district Mirzapur. On one side of screen in this largest democracy in the world ,we appeal to citizenry to exercise their franchise for maximum poll percentage but other side of screen one of the core ingredients of this republic ,performs function even on the date of poll.
