Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir don’t mislead us regarding the Prime Minister Jan Dhan scheme which is your flop scheme in which even consumer rights of citizenry are not safe as banks withhold facilities in the name prime minister jan dhan scheme.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when the RuPay card/debit card is activated on those accounts on which Mobile number of consumer is registered, then how is it feasible that debit card provided to 17 crore consumers of India was activated by concerned banks. According to branch manager of state bank of India whose two letters are annexed with this representation explicitly quoting that since the account is opened under prime minister jan dhan scheme so S.M.S. Facility can’t be provided on your account and activation of  S.M.S. Facility is necessary condition to activate debit card.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that most surprising fact is that state bank of India is the bank which provided maximum number of RuPay cards to consumers as most of the accounts under Prime minister Jan Dhan scheme were opened in the state bank of India. When the mobile number of consumers is not registered on their accounts if opened under prime minister jan dhan scheme which is inevitable condition to activate debit card issued by S.B.I. ,then how transaction is feasible through RuPay cards?
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether our prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi is not misleading the citizenry through misleading information regarding prime minister jan dhan scheme. Here we are well confirmed that either Hon’ble P.M. Itself misled in regard to scheme or deliberately making an efforts to mislead the citizenry.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                           ‘Yours  sincerely

  1. It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that most surprising fact is that state bank of India is the bank which provided maximum number of RuPay cards to consumers as most of the accounts under Prime minister Jan Dhan scheme were opened in the state bank of India. 2. Think about the gravity of situation that on one side of screen citizenry are being misled in the name of providing. more facilities but real facts are that those who opened account under prime minister jan dhan scheme are not provided the facilities being provided to ordinary consumers of state bank of India. Public must see the attached letter with this e mail. Whether it is justified that government may mislead its own people.
