Grievance Description

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Keshaw Pratap Singh. Please direct police concerned to lodge F.I.R. in the matter against assistant manager concerned of Axis Bank Mirzapur for his offence of cheating which criminal offence. First, they assured to resolve the matter up to 10-Aug and on 10-Aug they assured to resolve the matter up to 14-Aug but now working hour is over which means they are only procrastinating on the matter.

Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the cheating and the assistant manager of axis bank, Beltar, Mirzapur city acted as an agent of the Max Life insurance cheated the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh quite obvious from the video footage of CCTV installed in the axis bank but concerned instead of taking any action in the matter only procrastinating on the matter. They are only misleading nothing else. First, they assured to resolve up to 10 Aug 2020, then 14 Aug 2020, then 17 Aug 2020, then 20 Aug 2020 and now 24 Aug 2020. Whether it is not procrastination.
In this matter of cheating, police is adopting lackadaisical approach which is promoting law breakers and criminal elements in the society. Such promoting stand of police to wrongdoers will only promote anarchy in our society.

Government of Uttar Pradesh is not providing any information is showing deep-rooted corruption in the government machinery. Information seeker sought as- SPIO may provide information about whether citizen charter is being pursued or not in redressing the grievance.
I think that there are many staffs of the government of Uttar Pradesh never heard about the citizen charter. Anarchy is prevailed through out the government machinery.

Because of large scale mass copy, standard of education has gone down so these State Public Information officers are not understanding the contents of the the RTI communique which is great problem before us. Sought information can only be denied under Section 8 and 9 of Right to Information act 2005 but here State Public Information Officer arbitrarily denied the sought information.
