Paytm illegally deducted the Rs.99 by making the transaction through its staffs must be refunded to Paytm account of the applicant. Paytm itself knows the difficulties of the consumers which it was mentioned only on the website but if the consumers make a complaint in regard to those references, then it leaves the entire burden to its partner merchant and Merchant is not cooperative to consumers which is sheer illegal and unethical practice and against the spirit of consumer rights. Payment through the Paytm is Highly insecure and non-refundable if by mistake paid to wrong paying body as quite obvious from the communication of the staffs of the Paytm. Paytm lures consumers through those advertisements which really don’t exist or misleading. It allows gambling in its transactions through promotions like lucky transactions and so many which is tantamount to gambling and illegal under the law of land. If any consumer making numerous transactions through Paytm he/she must be vigilant that he must ensure no bogus transaction was made by erring staffs of the Paytm in those transactions and keep the low amount in the Paytm account. In my view, the government instead of promoting Paytm payment, it must be banned as its transactions are highly insecure as if payment made through Paytm by mistake to a wrong body it makes the wrong body master of that transacted amount as there is no reversal mechanism under Paytm.

Subject -Whether anyone will make efforts to get Rs.5 of promotion as lured by Paytm spend Rs.99 by recharging the Mobile number-8953306708 through second-time recharge which will neither benefit me nor Airtel customer? Whether I am a layman that I don’t know that I am going to make a payment just after one hour 23 minutes twice on the same number which will cause benefit to Airtel company and Paytm system owner?
Everyone knows that more than 50% people in this country are illiterate and remaining are average and only two per cent are extrageneous who are ruling us. Here one thing is clear that either responsible public functionaries may direct rob us or indirectly both tantamount to looting.
Paytm promotes its customers to link bank with the Paytm account and as a promotion, it will directly transfer Rs.50 to the Paytm account which directly implies that bank account will remain no safer. 
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows. 
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Paytm can’t overlook the matter that matter is concerned with the Airtel company only as the security of the Paytm account is the sole responsibility of the Paytm and here this question arises that how the payment was made to Airtel company if it was not made by the applicant. Which also implies that Paytm account is no more secure so ordinary citizenry may keep the meagre amount in the Paytm account. 
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if the Airtel customer has one hour earlier Recharge of Rs.99 which provides unlimited calls with both local and national for a duration of 28 days, then what is his need to do again the same recharge which will automatically lapse after 28 days. It is an obligatory duty of staffs of the Airtel Mobile company to refund the same amount so that process of reversal may be carried out smoothly. 
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that detail of the first transaction made is as

Whether the company has right to take service charge without providing services? Sir, it is tantamount to daylight loot being committed by aforementioned partner companies Airtel Mobile company and Paytm.
                               

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Honble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Honble Sir.
