Subject with prayer-Please direct Public Information Officer/additional S.P. Mirzapur to made available sought information and commission also consider the undue delay, non seriousness in processing the R.T.I. Communique by the public information officer in accordance with the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your appellant sought information concerned with correspondences between Chief Minister office and principal secretary home and then between principle secretary home and superintendent of police Mirzapur. It is unfortunate that PIO ,S.P. Office Mirzapur made available the status of complaint of aggrieved instead of sought information by your appellant . It seems that he didn’t took the perusal of the R.T.I. Communique sent by your appellant.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your appellant submitted R.T.I. Communique dated 17-Jan-2016 to aforesaid respondent -2 under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 which was delivered in the office of respondent -2 on 18-Jan-2016 ipsofacto obvious from the attached speed post tracking report from the website of postal department. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of pages 7,8,9,10,11 and 12 of attached documents with this appeal. 
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when respondent number -2 didn’t make available sought information within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005  ,your appellant submitted first appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005  on 24-Feb-2016 before resondent-1 which was delivered in the office of respondent-1 on 25-Feb-2016 by the postal department. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of pages 3,4,5, and 6 of attached documents with this representation. 
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that every one knows that under Right to Information Act 2005 ,information is made available by public information officer but here incomplete information was made available by S. P. Office Mirzapur, undersigned is Circle officer ,city Mirzapur. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of pages-1 and 2 of attached documents with this representation.
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that concerned didn’t consider it appropriate to take the perusal of R.T.I. Communique sent to respondent -2 in which point wise information was sought by your appellant and it was obligatory duty of them to provide relevant point wise information but they took under teeth the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005. Also information made available is cryptic in nature.
   
 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  1. Hon'ble Sir it seems that concerned didn't consider it appropriate to take the perusal of R.T.I. Communique sent to respondent -2 in which point wise information was sought by your appellant and it was obligatory duty of them to provide relevant point wise information but they took under teeth the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005. Also information made available is cryptic in nature.
