छह महीने भी नहीं हुआ बने हैंड पंप लगे रुक रुक कर गंदा पानी दे रहा है फिर भी हर कार्य में पारदर्शिता और जवाब देही है क्या यह हस्यास्पद नहीं है | श्री मान जी तीन वर्षो से री बोर का प्रार्थना पत्र दिया जा रहा था और तब जा कर यह हैंड पंप लगाया गया काफी टालमटोल के पश्चात् और छह महीने भी नहीं चला | जब एक निजी हैंडपंप लगता है वह पांच वर्षो तक आराम से चलता है और यह इंडिया मार्का हैण्ड पंप छह महीने के भीतर एक बार नगर पालिका द्वारा बनवाया जा चुका है और इसके बावजूद इस बार पानी छोड़ चूका है डिटेल वास्ते संलग्नक देखे |

दिनांक09-07-2019 को फीडबैक:- अधिशासी अधिकारी,नगर पंचायत /पालिका -जनपद-मिर्ज़ापुर,मिर्ज़ापुर — 28/06/2019 श्रीमान जी की सेवा में विस्तृत आख्या सादर प्रेषित है. निस्तारित आख्या के अनुसार प्रकरण को हैंडपंप जलकल निगम मिर्ज़ापुर को दिनांक २७/०६/२०१९ निस्तारण वास्ते भेजा गया जो की उपयुक्त है इससे स्पष्ट है की प्रकरण नगर पालिका मिर्ज़ापुर से सम्बंधित नहीं है वल्कि हैंडपंप जलकल निगम मिर्ज़ापुर से है | प्रश्न यह है की जिलाधिकारी महोदय इतने सचेत है की उनके अनुसार प्रकरण का निस्तारण हो चूका क्यों की आख्या लग गयी जन सुनवाई पर | श्री मान जी अब हैंडपंप जलकल निगम मिर्ज़ापुर की जवाबदेही तय कराई जाय | श्री मान जी सामान्य हैंडपंप भी पांच वर्षो तक रिपेयरिंग तक नहीं मांगते है | यह स्टैण्डर्ड क्वालिटी का हैंड पंप है फिर यह विकृतिया क्यों | कही ऐसा न हो अधिशासी अभियंता नगरपालिका की रिपोर्ट को ठन्डे बस्ते में डाल दिया जाय |

1-Jansunwai portal-Complaint number-40019919023503, Dated – 28 Nov 2019, the detail is attached. Please provide the reason for not taking any action on the feedback as a monitoring body.
2-If the re-bore is not done in accordance with the setup norms, provide the action taken report by the competent staffs.
3-Provide access to information as a re-bore request of E.O. Municipality Mirzapur was overlooked by Jal Nigam Mirzapur and D.M. Mirzapur.
Undoubtedly it is mockery of The Right to Information act 2005 which is explicitly showing that State Public Information Officer in Chief Minister Office government of Uttar Pradesh as well as public authority to whom RTI application has been forwarded both are encroaching the provisions of Right to Information act 2005 deliberately which is showing failure of the government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Undoubtedly such conditions are precarious and must not be allowed to move forward but who will Bell the cat?
This act has been put by Modi and his coterie into the heap of garbage. Because of corruption tools of transparency and accountability was thrown away. Media falsely glorify these corrupt leaders.

An Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for
citizens to secure access to information under the control of public
authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the
working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central Information
Commission and State Information Commissions and for matters connected

WHEREAS the Constitution of India has established democratic Republic;
AND WHEREAS democracy requires an informed citizenry and transparency of
information which are vital to its functioning and also to contain corruption and to
hold Governments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed;
Please take the perusal of both the reports of public authority, in both the report it was assured that matter is concerned to Jalnigam when first report was submitted then grievance was classified in C-category but the same reports caused the grievance disposed which means concerned accepted the report by closing the eyes and ears closed. Here this question arise that if the report was not acceptable, then how the same report was accepted by the concerned which means this time pocket was made heavy through the graft by the concerned.
WHEREAS the Constitution of India has established democratic Republic;

Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption but it is unfortunate that our accountable public functionaries are not taking any action in the matter because of the deep rooted corruption in the entire government machinery because of corrupt political Masters bureaucrats and judicial members now time has come that public may come on the roads to oppose this deep rooted corruption wide spread in our government machinery. Think about the gravity of the situation that in this matter no information is being made available by the Chief Minister Office itself and public authority to whom R.T.I. communique was forward, they are also not showing positive approach to the application submitted under RTI act 2005.
