How have you resolved my grievance? Your aggrieved consumer still can’t recharge throught net banking because of error messages. 

Matter is concerned with the Vodafone mobie number- 7379105911 ,7237849131 , 9336252631.Rechaege of offers is not feasible through net banking of S.B.I.BECAUSE of error message of website of Vodafone U.P. East.

Our grievance is with the recharge of Rs.7.00 because it couldn’t be processed as processed by your applicant recharge of Rs.40.00 through internet banking .
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your services will be cheaper if tariff will be enforced but it could not be processed online and road retailers are not doing recharge because amount is less than Rs.10.00.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached PDF attachment. From the caption ipso facto obvious that apparently transaction of Rs.7 is available on the website but actually transaction couldn’t succeed.

3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that you may deduct Rs.7.00 from balance and provide the services of tariff or provide such option to your applicant so that your applicant may recharge tariff through deduction of balance.

In other companies like IDEA ,AIRTEL etc even transaction of Rs.5 is feasible through internet banking but such transaction couldn’t be made in Vodafone . I will wait your response if not your applicant will not use recharged balance today .

This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
