Preeti
Singh is itself a guardian as headman of family so no need of name of her
husband Yogi M. P. Singh or her father Shiv Bahadur Singh. After all something
is wrong which is still deprived the aggrieved lady to her debit card. When a
girl is married then no need of the name of her father as his name will only
create the confusion to people. Here most important issue is to ascertain that
why does the department of post return back the registered post to the sender
in the name of father as name of father was no included in the address. Whether
the department of post was to decide the hereditary right of the addressee if
not why the delivery was not made at the appropriate address given in the
communication. It is clinching trick to avoid the responsibility and
accountability on the flimsy ground causing difficulty to the concerned.

Grievance Description
Mr
Post Master General, please take a glance of communication of superintendent of
post dated 24 Dec 2018 in regard to the complaint registered on public
grievance portal of government of India as Grievance Status for registration
number: DPOST/E/2018/27433 Date of Receipt-19/12/2018 addressed to applicant
and copy was also served to you, Honourable Sir.
According
to the aforementioned communication speed post containing Rupay card was
delivered to Manager, the main branch of state bank of India District Mirzapur.
But
it was actually to be delivered at the address of aggrieved lady Preeti Singh
who is the holder of the aforementioned card. If the delivered debit card still
not reached to the aggrieved lady how can it be considered that complaint
submitted has been properly resolved.
Honourable
Sir when my Rupay card was sent by State Bank of India then it was addressed to
the applicant, not the Manager of State Bank of India as aforementioned.
When
the letter was addressed to Preeti Singh care of Yogi M. P. Singh Mohalla
Surekapuram Jabalpur Road District Mirzapur PIN Code 231001 then why this
letter was served to Manager State BANK OF India main branch Mirzapur. Even a
common man can tell that debit cards are sent to its holders directly. The
message was also sent to the registered mobile no. of the aggrieved lady Mobile
number 9794103433 but she is still deprived of the debit card because of the
carelessness of the staffs of the postal department. The government provides a
huge salary to trouble consumers quite obvious from the working of the
concerned staffs of the postal department of India. Most surprising is that
still, they are not serious in regard to the error made by them. They must
rectify the error by providing the debit card to the aggrieved lady. Whether
arbitrariness in the action of the staffs of the postal department is justified
if not why concerned accountable public functionaries are sleeping. Lawlessness
and anarchy.

Undoubtedly the dealings of the postal department is too much cryptic. They are claiming they made the delivery on the same date but online is telling product still out for delivery.

Undoubtedly today is Republic day so first we pay a tribute to our legendary personalities who sacrificed their lives for the country and we remember their contributions in the war of independence. on one side of screen we are talking about a stronger country that is we want to build up India more stronger but on the other side of the screen we are itself making it a weaker country by promoting corruption in the government machinery.
