B.D.O. Chhanbey articulates that I made the response to D.M. Mirzapur and D.M. Mirzapur through its clerk Ajeet Singh states that I have written in my letter that copy of report be made available to complainant but complainant still awaiting redress of his complaint which were forwarded to Government of Uttar Pradesh by prime minister office. Whether Government of Uttar Pradesh developed new technique in which grievances are redressed in the absence of complainants and process of enquiry is concealed from the complainant /your applicant.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that today your applicant made call to B.D.O. Chhanbey and enquired about the letters of chief minister reference ,he told your applicant that he has made reports in regard to my three letters to D.M. Mirzapur. Hon’ble Sir B.D.O. Chhanbey didn’t think it fit to made available the copy of those reports to your applicant.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant just then made contact to Ajeet Babu who deals letters of chief minister reference in the D.M. Office Mirzapur. I asked him why have you not informed me about those letters , then he told me that ,we always write to concerned officer to inform the complainant about the report of enquiry and he was so hurry that he disconnected the phone and latter I made efforts three times to contact him to know detail but he allowed his mobile phone ringing and all the rings gone in vain. After all Ajeet Singh never sit in the office because he don’t want to attend those who sent letters to chief minister. Whenever I go in his office ,then phone him and after half an hour he reaches at his seat.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it was the duty of D.M. Mirzapur to inform your applicant that your grievance letter is forwarded to the officer such and such and you may contact him in order to get redressal of his grievance and concerned officer may redress my grievance in my presence. The reports be also made available to your applicant so that if not satisfied may submit the new grievance to competent authority. But here D.M. Mirzapur acts in caucus with wrongdoer officers and aforesaid cryptic dealing is the consequent mysterious dealings. I can give several instances of cryptic dealings through which millions of public fund have been siphoned.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
