Hon’ble
Sir -If any public spirited individual may pay the fee of few students on
their request ,it means he carried out commercial trasaction and for such
transaction he may open current account . It is most surprising that in case
of non transaction for specific period ,these banks levies charges and make
zero balances even those accounts opened by students . Your applicant is not
in condition to do transaction because he doesn’t earn so money that he may
do svings. God provided the job ,never faced the trauma of unemployment, so
never imagined the pain of unemployment. Honesty and lawabiding is
quite obvious from the fact that  all are procrastinating
on the R.T.I. Communique.
