Where is honesty in the system if fee charged is deposited by applicant multiple times ,then public authorities accepts it and demanding more arbitrarily. If once fee paid ,then more fee may not be accepted by public authority otherwise it will set up bad precedent for society. 
Hon’ble Sir-APPLICATION NO -8004092 name-Alok Bhardwaj ,your applicant submitted Rs,300 as fee in three times while required for application only Rs.100 but still couldn’t print the application.

Here this question arises that when required fee against aforesaid application number is Rs.100 ,then how Rs.200 more could be accepted by the website of public institution and still it is displaying on the screen that please make payment when your applicant making efforts to print the submitted application. Whether this is not open loot by public functionary.
