Hon’ble Sir -Most surprising that the link published under section 4 (1)  (b) of Right to Information 2005 concerned with list of beneficiaries under Lohiya Scheme of Government of Uttar Pradesh is not working properly. Initially your applicant couldn’t understand the cause but now when large scale bungling of public fund is coming to notice of us ,then all the dirt of suspicion have cleaned.

Please check the link concerned with Mirzapur district in the above attachment.
How is it feasible that without proposal of Gram Pradhan ,a fictitious name for Lohiya Avas may be included by concerned Government functionary in the list of beneficiary of Lohiya Avas in Mirzapur District. But it has been made possible by forging the public records in Mirzapur district where wrongdoers are spared from punishment by warning them in the proved serious cognizable offences .
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how can government functionaries feed up cryptic names. Please take a glance of following attachment –
Siphoning of fund meant to Lohiya Avas by including fake name..pdf
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether there is competition of siphoning of public fund in Mirzapur district of Government of Uttar Pradesh.
According to circular of Government of Uttar Pradesh Gram Pradhan, B.D.C. and  member of gram panchaya can’t be beneficiary Lohiya Avas scheme.
This circular was overlooked by staffs of Government employed at block Jamaalpur by allocating Lohiya Avas to son of Gram Pradhan ,B.D.C. and  members of gram panchaayat.
Government provides assistance of 3 Lac 5 thousand to each beneficiary and thus staff of block spent Rs. 305000.00*50=Rs.15250000.00 illegally.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                           ‘Yours  sincerely

  2. This is not signal of healthy democracy as there is no rule of law in this vast democracy in the world. When gram pradhan didn't cooperate the wrongdoers, they chose the sheer illegal path which was entirely unconstitutional .Whether in this anarchy, a member of poor and downtrodden class can get the justice.
