Former Principle of K.B.P.G. College
has been  convicted for imprisonment of
five years in the bungling of Rs.1 crore 61 lac.

Special Anti-corruption court of Yogesh Chandra
Tripathi in Varanasi found criminal breach of trust, bungling of Rs.1 crore 61
lac and corruption charges proved against former in -charge  Principal of KB.P.G College Mirzapur Dr. O M
Sharan Tripathi. Court on Wednesday ,awarded the punishment of conviction of
rigorous imprisonment of span five years with penalty of Rs.1 lac 25 thousand.
According to A.D.G.C. Munna Lal Yadav , accused Dr. O. M. Sharan Tripathi was
in-charge principal in the year from 20 July 2008 to 19 July 2010.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

  2. Whether any one wants to see the truth. F.I.R. was lodged against two persons but influential bureaucrat was left scot free but principle was thrown behind the bar and also convicted to five years rigorous imprisonment. Aforesaid huge amount whether recovered from the principal if not why principal alone is accountable in that bungling of huge public fund.
