Hon’ble Sir after two years appeal has been listed for hearing by the central information commission on 24-May-2016 at 10:30 A.M. consequently humble request to state functionaries not to create impediments in the hearing on aforesaid specific time so that your applicant may pursue the appeal effectively in order to seek justice for the vulnerable ladies.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of following extract of the notice dated 3-May-2016 sent by C.I.C. to both the parties of the appeal.

2. The appellant participated in the hearing through audio. The respondent did not participate in the hearing.
This hearing was to take place through Video conference but at the last moment messages conveyed in the district units from chief secretary  office that from the  time such and such chief secretary will hold the meeting of district officials through video conference which time of commencement coincided with the hearing of aforesaid appeal and most regretting that hearing completed at 11 A.M. but chief secretary addressed the conference since 2 P.M. . Manager of computer centre told his trouble and advised your applicant to return back but your applicant reminded him his promise so he informed the CIC about his trouble and then Hon’ble chief information commissioner of India carried  out the process of appeal and reached on logical conclusion.
 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that motive of this application is to ensure the completion of process of appeal without impediments so that frequent listings which waste the precious time of commission may be avoided . Disposal of appeal may not take longer time, consequently your applicant have sent the copy of second appeal submitted before the commission under subsection 3 of section 19 to the chief justice of High court of judicature at Allahabad. Which was received by public authority on next date of dispatch . Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a perusal of attached documents .

This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Undoubtedly Such cunning tricks may be avoided so that impediments maybe stopped during the hearing of the central information commission because of the coming tricks of the state functionaries who unnecessarily interfere with the hearings in order to deprive the information seeker to participate in the hearing.
