According to the report of Sub-inspector-Ground to cancel the insurance policy is whatever promised differed from the documents made available. Today is 16/09/2020 and exchanged documents returned by the aggrieved Keshav Pratap Singh on 01/09/2020. Which means 16 days passed i.e. again a breach of trust on the part of the insurance company. Cheating/fraud is a criminal offence so concerned may be subjected to penal proceedings under Indian Penal Code. Think about the gravity of the situation that to cheat only five minutes were taken but to refund they are taking more than usual time. When the entire formalities are completed, then why, concerned staffs are procrastinating on the issue of refund. Undoubtedly matter invites F.I.R. as required under the law because there must be fear of penal action among the law breakers.

I think that they will not provide information regarding the aforementioned grievances because attached report is quite inconsistent because communication addressed to Neha Singh is attached in the redress of grievances of the Keshaw Pratap Singh.
1-Provide the name and designation of public staffs who processed the aforementioned grievances on CPGRAM.
2-Provide the name and designation of the public staffs who monitored the processing of the aforementioned grievances on CPGRAM.

When under the investigation of police, no justice is available to the aggrieved, then where is the rule of law? Our sole motive is to achieve the goal of good governance.
Who will complete the process when the process regarding the refund of paid premium was already completed on 01/Sept/2020 with assurance of payment /refund of paid premium within 10 days before the police quite obvious from the receipt of axis bank attached to grievance as well as attached police report. It seems that staffs concerned of the Max Life.

Think about the credibility of the institutions in the state and the central government that entire documents submitted by the aggrieved Keshav Pratap Singh on the 1st September 2020 but it is unfortunate that is still they did not refund the paid premium to the account of the Keshaw Pratap Singh which is the mockery of the law of land but unfortunately no action will be taken against the wrongdoer staff because this corruption is promoted from higher rank in the administrative hierarchy to the bottom.
