A petition under Article 32 of the constitution of India to restrain the government from misusing the public fund in the name of E-Courts. Undoubtedly the motive of the scheme, the government can achieve by promoting transparency and accountability in the working of the public sector. Promotion of transparency and accountability blocks the path of growing corruption. Unless, government curb corruption, the facility of the E-Court will not be accessible to citizens.

The matter concerns the huge fund flowing in the name of E-court by the government of India. What is credibility of such information available on the websites of courts in the name E-Court if false?

                                             Honourable Chief Justice of India / Companion Judges of the Apex Court
                                                  Supreme Court of India, New Delhi

1-The aforementioned case listed on the last date-12-10-2020.
2-The aforementioned case will list subsequently on the date-11-11-2020 which means today.
Depending upon the information made available through E-Court, the applicant went to take part the usual proceedings of the court.
Surprising facts came as-
3-Case listed already on the date 09/11/2020.
4-Case will list subsequently on the date 22/01/2021.
Concerned did not update the information yet as attached screenshot, applicant took just from the website of the concerned court.
Sir growing insensitivity to the grievance of citizenry causes resentment among the masses. Please take the issue seriously and curb this mismanagement.
     Most revered Sir–Your applicant invites the kind attention of Honorable Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows.

1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.

2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that E-COURTS Official website of District Courts, at a glance of this website and its feedings, it is quite obvious that its motive is to promote transparency and accountability in the judiciary’s working. The latest updates they are making available to the parties concerned with the litigations so they may not wander here and there unnecessarily. It is most unfortunate that, apparently; this website does not contain minutes of proceedings whatever is going on in the Honourable court but the fact is that nothing is available concerning the court proceedings. Undoubtedly open court hearings mean proceedings of the court may be in public so carried out in the transparent and accountable manner so that integrity of the court may always remain unquestionable. Undoubtedly E-COURTS is one of the strongest components of the development carried out by our great prime minister Modi Sir known as an embodiment of development in this largest democracy in the world.

3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that please take the reminders of the following representations submitted before the Honourable Sir yet no action.

How can it be justified that processing of summon case may be carried out under Cr.P.C. 244 and 245?

E-Courts is one of the achievements of Modi Sir but how is it benefitting to people?

  खुदा भी आसमाँ से जब जमी पे देखता होगा |

             इस मेरे प्यारे देश को क्या हुआ सोचता होगा||

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can anyone justify to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Date-11/11/2020           Yours sincerely

Yogi M. P. Singh, Mobile number-7379105911, Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001.

E-court is the achievement of the government headed by Modi Sir. Modi Sir itself declared the E-court as its landmark achievement. If it is providing false information, then what is the value of the such scheme impotent before the corruption.

Our courts are core of corruption where ramification of corruption takes place rapidly. Think about gravity of situation that huge public fund, the government provided to the judiciary so that information concerned with the court proceedings may be accessible to the parties concerned. But it seems that government has only misused the fund.

E Court is a information providing system of the matters concerned with the processing of courts but if it will provide false information then think about the credibility of such management. Whether the huge public fund has been spent to provide the wrong information to the parties concerned?

Undoubtedly A ray of hope appeared before us that there will be little reform in judiciary which has been out of track but such results are only frustrating us. I think that concerned accountable public functionaries will look this matter seriously and will make an attempt to provide the the authentic information regarding the processing of the cases through the e-coourt system and they will not promote corruption through ecourt system.
