Please take a glance of grievance of a Army personnel attached with this representation. Detail of grievance of Mr. Mukesh Kumar is attached with this representation.This army sleuth was humiliated by the guard of bank. If your applicant can ask this question -Demand of Army sleuth was to encash the cheque of Rs.24000 and leave of Army sleuth is not easily approved by concerned pubic staffs.
Why aforementioned army sleuth was humiliated by the guard of the concerned branch of state bank of India? Why some one was humiliated for withdrawing his own money earned through by keeping his life in danger in serving the nation at border? Sir whether our human rights are safe in this largest democracy in the world?

Hon’ble prime minister sir whether such quotes from public staffs is working style of your good governance-But Shri Yogi M. P. Singh is  always raised unrealistic and misleading complaints, it is his regular feature. Please arrange to close the complaint.”
1-Whether this is not mismanagement that planned conspiracy was hatched to collect the crowd at city branch office by closing customer service points.
Why Badri Prasad Gupta was called at city branch instead of opening his own service centre if the enquiry will be carried out in transparent and accountable way ,then entire cryptic dealings will be itself revealed.
2-It does not indicate that every thing is O.K. IF aggrieved are not making complaint. More than 70 died but they didn’t make complaint against mismanagement whether they were satisfied with the arrangement made by concerned.
3-I opened my account under jan dhan scheme of government of India at customer service point and still all the transactions made by your applicant  through that centre but when transaction made through S.B.I. branch because customer centre was closed by lady branch manager ,then commission was deducted by S.B.I. arbitrarily ipso facto obvious from following submissions.

Whether it is justified to paralyse all bank jobs in the name of scarcity of currency. Please waver off the intercity charges in the interest of justice.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of transaction detail

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that THIS was the arbitrary decision of your lady branch manager of city branch of StateBank of India to close the consumers service centres running in the district Mirzapur . Consequently crowd which had to be collected at these help centres were rushed to city branch Laldiggi Mirzapur.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that on Friday your applicant had to spend entire day on the branch Laldiggi Mirzapur by standing in long queue  before the single window working for all functions in order to deposit cash. Please take a glance of attached documents with this representation.
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant accepts the fact that there was scarcity of currency but your applicant wanted to deposit the cash but couldn’t succeed . Whether this is not reflection of lack of administrative skills and management  in your lady branch manager. Whether it is justified to paralyse all bank jobs in the name of scarcity of currency.
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what was the fault of your applicant if he took the shelter of your another branch even faced difficulty in doing so but more trouble some is that I was charged intercity charges because of problem created by bank staffs itself.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

City branch Laldiggi Mirzapur of state bank of India neither exchanged currency nor credited submitted deposit into the account of your depositor ipso facto obvious from the attached documents. Your applicant remained in queue up till 6 O clock in the evening when staffs of BANK denied to work after 6 O clock .

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your depositor/ applicant  is the account holder of state bank of India and when bank is not taking deposits of account holder, then think about common people.  In general banks are overcrowded every day and no additional arrangement was made to face the new challenge resulting in sheer mismanagement and causing too much troublesome to people like us.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that
All the customer service centres of State Bank of India are closed and only one window is opened in the city branch of state bank of India in the Mirzapur district and crowd  in the form of long lines of people is standing before the window . 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what would be outcome of policy decision of government can’t be analyzed at this stage but one thing is clear that because of inefficient handling of concerned public functionaries, there is sheer mismanagement in the system and consequently there is uproar and chaos in the society which must be curbed as soon as possible.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what is the cause of laxity if people want to deposit the notes of 500 denomination and  1000 denomination ifso facto obvious from the working style of the staffs of government . Whether this is not cryptic style of functionaries that on one side of screen they are talking of honesty and good governance and reform but on other side of screen common people are being harassed.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that all the facilities only on paper not on ground level. When the branch manager of city branch of state bank of India was contacted on the mobile phone ,then his both the numbers are only ringing and no one pick up the phone.

  3. Undoubtedly it is an Anarchy and the government functionaries must be alert to stop such activities in which civilians are humiliated by the public staff which is not only illegal but also immoral and such disciplined staff must be punished in accordance with the law.
