Whether it is justified act that suppliers were not paid their dues in the name of crunch of fund which caused havoc to the life infants?
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that on the part of B.J.P. Party our Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Sir was star campaigner and under his leadership party won the assembly election with huge margin so his silence on the such tragic issue drawn the attention of universe is surprising to electorates of the state and in the name of taking action, government of Uttar Pradesh claims to take action against the principal but this proved hollow when principal concerned protected itself resigning before the action of government. Whether F.I.R. was lodged for such huge death toll of our children took place because of dereliction of duty and grown anarchy in the system? How many have been sent behind the bar when our revered chief minister Sir assured exemplary punishment to the defaulters?
