Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the cheating and the assistant manager of axis bank, Beltar, Mirzapur city acted as the agent of the Max Life insurance cheated the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh quite obvious from the video footage of CCTV installed in the axis bank but concerned instead of taking any action in the matter only procrastinating on the matter. They are only misleading nothing else. As soon as they sent terms and conditions to the aggrieved applicant Keshaw Pratap Singh, a complaint submitted against the erring company by disclosing the story of the cheating done by the assistant manager Axis Bank Beltar District-Mirzapur to the concerned department of the government of India as required under the law. Since their integrity was under a cloud since the beginning and this business being pursued by them only to cheat innocent and gullible citizenry so they adopted the same path of cheating even in the submitted complaint alleging fraud done by the aforementioned manager of the Axis bank. They are saying that Keshaw Pratap Singh is policyholder how as soon as terms and conditions sent by the MAX Life Insurance Company and fraud of Assistant Manager came to light, he immediately sought a refund of the paid premium. Whether 13 Lakh 9 thousand will be provided by the company on the maturity of Insurance and Keshaw Pratap Singh was sold insurance policy of the aforementioned amount by the Assistance Manager Axis Bank If the aforementioned amount will not be provided according to the document provided, then this insurance was not purchased by Keshaw Pratap Singh. How Keshaw Pratap Singh is policyholder if on maturity this insurance can not be instrumental to benefit 13 Lakh and 9 thousand. Here company and its staffs are only procrastinating and making an unsuccessful effort to cheat the entire paid premium by taking concerned public functionaries in good faith. They are not in touch of aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh and not initiated the process of refund by pursuing R.B.I. Guidelines. We are feeling quite an insecurity in this age of economic offenders having the blessings of corrupt public functionaries committing fraud and cheating in the broad daylight with the innocent and gullible citizenry.

One month and more than one week are not sufficient to refund the paid amount for them. Despite this our great public functionaries are worried about it that why only incredible media is glorifying them not the citizenry of this country. The path of honesty is a religious path which will remain stable but, regrettably, this path is not being liked by our accountable public functionaries. Whether bundles of lies can change bad governance into good governance? Honesty is the best policy but we are far away from it.

When entire process completed why are they procrastinating is itself a question? Undoubtedly they are not interested to refund the paid premium which is quite obvious from their lackadaisical approach to resolve the matter. It seems that they are not actually professional but actually they are cheaters and their motive is to amass huge wealth what ever means they will have to adopt even unlawful practices.
