Undoubtedly to demand bribe repeatedly by a drug inspector from proprietors of a medical stores is a matter of serious concern. Now a days government is providing lucrative salary to its staffs and because of unemployment several educated youths have come in the field of private business so profit margin in selling the articles have decreased alarmingly and corrupt public functionaries despite this extorting bribe which causing un-reparable damage to these youths.

With due respect your applicant/petitioner wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that to demand bribe by corrupt  public functionaries from poor professionals is not only illegal and unconstitutional but sheer immoral.  This is humble request of your applicant that such immoral practice must be curbed.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that matter is concerned with Drug inspector of government of Uttar Pradesh who was demanding bribe from the proprietors of  Medical store and on denial threatening to face dire consequences. This tragic event took place under police station  Jamalpur district-Mirzapur state-Uttar Pradesh India. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached image with this representation.
 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that an individual as government staff drawing huge salary from public exchequer and not satisfied with that amount demanding bribe from the poor professionals some how arranging two square meal.
Whether those who can be instrumental in protecting the wrongdoers can’t misuse their posts to harass proprietors opened tiny shops in remote villages in order to earn livelihood. Hon’ble Sir whether these poor shopkeepers who purchase their substandard articles from the bigger shops located in town, city and district may be subjected to harassment by the corrupt staffs of food and pharmaceutical department of Government of Uttar Pradesh for the wrongdoings actually done by big fishes . Whether this is justified. Most surprising is that department targets branches instead of trees of adulteration.
This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Decline of religion on its peak consequently corrupt public functionaries have lost their discretion and hankering after the wealth. We are giving supreme importance to wealth instead virtues like righteousness and honesty. Here justice is not feasible to weaker section because of rampant corruption in the government machinery.
