Dish TV must provide its services to customers honestly instead of cheating them in order to win confidence

When Dubey denied using Dish TV, why are you mailing me in regard to services? You have activated the services but he couldn’t use your services which implied that old instruments are not under application state. Now he is using Tata sky comparatively cheaper and better services. You may now contact your fictitious customer Mangala Prasad Dubey and tell him your bogus cheating plans. 
                   My customer is using plans of Rs.290 of Tata Sky. Most of the villagers are using Tata Sky. Thanks for your cooperation with a request not to send promotional e-mails on my e-mail. I want to forget the traumatic experience with your staffs.

Here company staff is making failed efforts to deviate the attention from
the core issue. Here focus is Rs.100 paid to Dish TV company to purchase
its services and now the question is whether it will provide the services?
If it will provide the services, then it has the right of paid money other
Rs.100 be returned back to its origin. In regard to having contact with me
so I always remained present at the home and you tell me what is your
contact number instead of providing me with your consumer number not
attended by anyone. It is dead sure that you have not contacted me as
daily
I check the missed calls in order to call back. Either you may provide the
services or refund the paid amount.

We had a word with Mr. Mangla Prasad Dubey on 9838558011 having VC number
01515029021, he confirmed that he is not using the DishTV connection.
Moreover, We tried several times to contact with Mr. Yogi M. P. Singh
Mahesh Pratap Singh on 7379105911, however, no response received from his
end. Furthermore, we need a verbal communication required for payment
related issue. For any further assistance, please write back to us at
customercare@dishtv.in or call us on 1860-258-3474. Case closed.

Undoubtedly corrupt government functionaries will not take any action on genuine representations of the aggrieved people but globalization will surely teach them a lesson.
