Action must be taken against R.T.O. Mirzapur Mr. Chunni Lal Prajapati who made fake imputations against a minister on flimsy ground in order to wreak vengeance as concerned minister directed the accountable public functionaries in the state to look into rampant corruption and malpractices in the office of Mirzapur since decades.

Hon’ble Sir-This is trick of an officer to reduce the intensity of legitimate action against him for his wrongdoings. Every one knows that large number of vehicles are plying on the roads on the grace of staff of R.T.O. Office but who dare to take action against them. Hon’ble minister repeatedly interfered in the working of R.T.O. Office if they tried to overlook the interest Truck owner associations and indulged in unlawful practice. This interference irritated the R.T.O. And he planned such nefarious design in order to malign the image of Hon’ble minister.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that the officer who itself surrounded by corrupt coterie and all kind wrongdoings are taking place in his office , how can make imputations against a minister indulged in betterment of the system and suppress his voice in this narrow way.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether the function of a clerk is more close the state administration or judiciary. Who can evaluate properly the working style of clerk. Hon’ble Sir transfer is not punishment but concerned clerk instead of pursuing the directives of government felt better to challenge the direction in the court of law. Whether it is feasible to hire costly advocates of High court for a simple employee for merely to stop transfer .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that all the allegations made by aforesaid R.T.O. Is a concocted story and aimed to lower the dignity of minister so that his credibility may go down which indiscipline and action must be taken against erring R.T.O. In the interest of justice.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
