When
the letter was addressed to Preeti Singh care of Yogi M. P. Singh Mohalla
Surekapuram Jabalpur Road District Mirzapur PIN Code 231001 then why this
letter was served to Manager State BANK OF India main branch Mirzapur. Even a
common man can tell that debit cards are sent to its holders directly. Message
was also sent to the registered mobile no. of the aggrieved lady Mobile number
9794103433 but she is still deprived of the debit card because of the
carelessness of the staffs of the postal department. Government provides huge
salary to trouble consumers quite obvious from the working of the concerned
staffs of the postal department of India. Most surprising is that still they
are not serious in regard to error made by them. They must rectify the error by
providing the debit card to the aggrieved lady. Whether arbitrariness in the
action of the staffs of postal department is justified if not why concerned
accountable public functionaries are sleeping. Lawlessness and anarchy.

Post Master General, please take a glance of communication of superintendent of
post dated 24 Dec 2018 in regard to the complaint registered on public
grievance portal of government of India as Grievance Status for registration
number: DPOST/E/2018/27433 Date of Receipt-19/12/2018 addressed to applicant
and copy was also served to you, Honourable Sir.
According
to the aforementioned communication speed post containing Rupay card was
delivered to Manager, the main branch of state bank of India District Mirzapur.
But
it was actually to be delivered at the address of aggrieved lady Preeti Singh
who is the holder of the aforementioned card. If the delivered debit card still
not reached to the aggrieved lady how can it be considered that complaint
submitted has been properly resolved.

Sir when my Rupay card was sent by State Bank of India then it was addressed to
the applicant, not the Manager of State Bank of India as aforementioned.

Undoubtedly action must be taken against the wrongdoers and aggrieved may be compensated and accountability must be fixed of senior rank officers but in this Anarchy nothing is going to be. Here this question arises that how the justice would be made available to the vulnerable section in this anarchy where corruption is rampant lawlessness anarchy determines the criteria of the society.
