Grievance Description : According to receipt of online transaction, state bank of India had to deliver the D.D. At the specified address within five working days but it is unfortunate that they breached the trust of your applicant which not only lowered the dignity of State Bank of India but also caused great damage to your applicant. Sir whether concerned will inform your applicant ,that whether they have delivered the D.D. Or only charges huge commission. If D.D. Was not delivered to Registrar general , High court ,Allahabad ,then why deducted amount was not refunded back to the account of your applicant. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following online transaction was made by your applicant on 27-Nov-2016 as R.T.I. Fee payment through demand draft paid to Registrar General ,High Court, Allahabad, details as R.T.I. Communique and receipt along with the letter of CPIO ,High court of judicature at Allahabad is attached with this representation in PDF form. 27Nov16 (27Nov2016) TO TRANSFER INB To pay R.T.I. Fee ID01807460 TRANSFER TO 98585127319 336.25. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how can it be legitimate that payment which was to be processed cum delivered within five working days still awaiting delivery. Whether consumer rights of citizenry are safe under the management of such tyrants. Whether such dereliction is not overlooking the basic rights and reflection of sheer insolence of concerned staffs . 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whenever your applicant wanted to know the status of transaction following message display on the screen. Due to some technical problems we are unable to process your request currently. Please try later. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system.   2. Such cryptic practices are quite common in this largest democracy in the world. We want justice and so mysteries of courts may not be concealed in the name of independence of judiciary and violations of provision of right to information act must be curbed.
