You can now register your email ID by sending a SMS to 5676782 in the following format – UPDATEM<space>email ID.
You will immediately get a response stating “Hello we’ve received your request and will notify you once your email ID is updated in our database.”
Once your email ID has got updated in our database, you will receive the following confirmation message – “Hello, your email ID in our records is <updated email ID>. If invalid, SMS UPDATEM(space)<correct email ID> to 5676782.
Alternatively you can register / change your email ID, by following these steps:
Login to ‘Internet Banking’
Click on ‘Contact Details’
Enter the desired ‘Email ID’
Click on ‘Update’
Authenticate your request by entering the Netsecure code
You can also visit the nearest Axis Bank branch and submit the attached ‘Customer Request Form’ (CRF) to update our records accordingly.
You can also call us on our toll free numbers 1800-209-5577,1800-103-5577 or download our mobile app or login to your internet banking for account balance or transaction details. and check these details.
