Revered lady before speaking out or commenting any thing or hurling allegations, one should weigh otherwise only invites the adversaries of which history is witness. You are designated on a post where perseverance, rational thoughts and logistic approaches require. Vide attached documents in order to confirm the date seeking UPC code to port out from Jio to BSNL.
According to the Radha designated as DGM remarks as Our team contacted the customer and informed the customer that his request was rejected by the donor as he did not complete the quarantine period of 90 days. Concerned accountable public staff of the government must be informed that in order to port out request, message to seek UPC code was sent on 03-June-2019 at 12:22 in the noon which quite obvious from the following acknowledgement receipt. Respected staffs of the august consumer platform i.e. national consumer helpline website of department of consumer affairs, UPC code was sought on the same day through message at 1900 and same SMS was responded by number 1901 by revealing the code required to perform the port out request. For detail vide Grievance Number: 1389450, Grievance Reg Date: 2019-06-17 19:48:35 on the INGRAM Company Remark : Investigation in Progress. We will revert with the resolution details shortly, Remark Date 2019-06-18 11:34:47 Status : In Process. Undoubtedly aforementioned revered lady is irresponsible otherwise instead of redressing the grievance on the baseless ground she took the perusal of the contents of the grievance which was submitted before them through the website of ministry of consumer affairs.

This is with reference to the concern raised by customer regarding unable to port out from Jio. Our team contacted the customer and informed the customer that his request was rejected by the donor as he did not complete the quarantine period of 90 days. Customer was out called and conveyed the same.

There is no transparent and accountable dealings in the department and it has been practice in the department that grievances are disposed of by submitting inconsistent arbitrary reports. Undoubtedly the role of Jio was cryptic and full of greed as it was not interested to lose the subscription of the consumer. But it unfortunate that concerned B.S.N.L. staff showed lackadaisical approach to the request of a consumer which is root cause of the deterioration of the B.S.N.L. Now government is thinking to sell it.

Most honourable Sir how can it be justified that concerned public authority Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited still not activated the pack when I have made the charges of aforementioned internet pack quite obvious from the transaction receipt provided by the BSNL app. Now it is obligatory duty of the concerned public authority and its accountable staff to either provide the services are refund the amount paid by the the aggrieved applicant if if they have little bit honesty in their heart otherwise it is obligatory duty of the competent authority at the Government of India to take initiatives against them so that this Anarchy may end. Sir where is the rule of law.

Here it is not important that they resolved the grievance but it must be taken into account that such problems may not be created before the consumers again and again. More mismanagement will decrease the credibility of the department. Here role of executives are quite negative first they promote corruption and anarchy and when the department is fully sunk i.e. faces crunch of fund and financial crisis, then they commence to sell the properties which is negative approach and anti people as well.

Sir whether action will be taken when the internet pack will be over without using. Whether it is not Procrastination on the part of concerned staffs. Why are they not taking action promptly. It is most unfortunate applicant still not access the network so that it may use internet services which was purchased by the applicant ipso facto obvious from the attached documents. Why are they not refunding the paid amount by the applicant.

    Sir whether action will be taken when the internet pack will be over without using. Whether it is not Procrastination on the part of concerned staffs. Why are they not taking action promptly. Think about the quantum of corruption in the government machinery, first our political Masters loot the department and when the subsidiary runs into the loss, then they start to sell the properties of the department to fill their pockets. Undoubtedly senior Bureaucracy and the political Masters are selling this country in caucus with each other.

  3. There is no transparent and accountable dealings in the department and it has been practice in the department that grievances are disposed of by submitting inconsistent arbitrary reports. Undoubtedly the role of Jio was cryptic and full of greed as it was not interested to lose the subscription of the consumer.
    Our business men are looting this country by colluding with the corrupt public functionaries.

Think about the gravity of situation that I am using BSNL sim and there is no network on this BSNL SIM it is showing that office of the department are not taking seriously the grievances of the consumers which is the cause of the department is running in loss because of this corruption and mismanagement and it is most unfortunate that after sometime Minister will say that department is running in loss so there is need to sell the infrastructure of the department and properties of the department will be sold to friend capitalist.

Undoubtedly it is negative approach of executives who promote corruption in the department and when department runs in the loss, then fill their pockets by selling the properties/ infrastructure of the department. This loss is actually occurred to the public. Consequently our corrupt executives, bureaucrats and judicial members are taking the comfort of luxury at the expenses of poor citizenry. These executives and their convoy moving in luxury cars at the cost of pockets of poor/common citizenry in the country.
