At present, in few exams even Aadhaar card has been made compulsory but our public functionaries concerned are procrastinating arbitrarily in updating the aadhaar card of the aggrieved student.

Grievance Description : Your applicant made repeated update request at Aadhaar self-service update portal but concerned rejected update request deliberately on false ground.The matter is concerned with your applicant who wants to update his Aadhaar at Aadhaar self-service update portal and repeated attempts were made but concerned staffs rejected update request on flimsy ground. Address –Village-Kurauthi, Post-Nadini, District -Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant’s Aadhaar number is 729930204144 and last update request was made by your applicant on 16/10/2017 and receipt downloaded as 47263313_acknowledgement which is attached with this representation as attached documents. Your applicant invited the update in regard to 1-Name-Satyjeet, नाम -सत्यजीत २-Mobile Number -9129762059 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of domicile certificate issued by competent authority, the government of Uttar Pradesh. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance at report of concerned staffs and ground of rejection The ground of rejection -Data mismatch in document and update request. Here this question arises that it may be data mismatched but what happened to the update of Mobile Number -9129762059. Why was the mobile number not updated by the concerned? This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that it can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice.
