Grievance Description : Staffs of Asmita gas service Mirzapur are providing domestic gas cylinders to consumers less than prescribed weight causing troublesome to consumers. 17 August 2016 21:09 With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when your applicant made the booking of gas cylinder last time and delivery of refill order was made available by the staffs of Asmita gas service Mirzapur, then delivered cylinder was weighed 25 KG by your applicant and actually it was to be near about 30 KG. Several connection holders are making similar allegations . Few people made complaint against mismanagement which couldn’t reap any concrete result for aggrieved connection holders. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified that consumers are being looted in broad day light by service providing company staffs itself but vigilant staffs of government machinery are sleeping. They are looting more than Rs.100 .00 per cylinder. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is obligatory duty of government machinery to protect the consumer’s rights but it seems government has been completely failed in this respect consequently wrongdoers are amassing huge wealth through such illegal practices. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir. Yours sincerely Yogi M. P.   2. In general these vendors act in caucus with public functionary wants to amass huge wealth for political and bureaucratic bosses as well as for themselves.Various tricks are adopted to loot citizenry by colluding with concerned public functionary.
