Grievance Description
The matter is concerned with the online application being invited for D. L. Ed. Training 2018 and collection of the application fee through premium banking institution state bank of India. Here problem is that when the fee of the aspirant has been submitted, then why final print cannot be allowed to be taken out Which means final submission is not allowed and the date when the transaction was made, the message from the website displayed on the screen that some error occurred in accessing the information so print would be made on next working date. Most surprising is that these transactions were made from the Master card issued by the state bank of India. When the fee has been deducted from the account, then why the concerned public authority was not paid even on the second day of the transaction. It is most unfortunate that transaction made through SBI MOP is too much insecure in comparison to other instruments generally used by other than SBI MOP. Think about the gravity of the situation, if an error occurred in the first transaction, then concerned make efforts to rectify the error in the subsequent transaction but here similar errors have occurred in all the transactions. The inertness of the staffs is quite obvious from the fact that even second day nothing improved condition. Fees OR Journal No. Details Are Not Available Corresponding The Given Input. Please Try Later. Where is gone the deposited fee against the registered aspirant. Here is the detail of three aspirants whose fees were deposited through master card issued by premium banking institution state bank of India but still not available on the second day of the transaction of the public authority. Undoubtedly there was sheer mismanagement during the online submission of application for D.L.Ed. Think about the statement of the grievance redressal body of the bank who is boldly telling a lie-Remarks:complainant has been replied suitably by the branch for connectivity issue of D led site. reply attached Type of Disposal :
