S.B.I. Levied the commission Rs.413.00  in the name of Citrus Payment Solutions  and now they are saying that We presume that Rs.413.80 has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through Internet Banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password . When S.B.I. charged commission for every transaction ,then why at latter stage so huge commission was deducted? Why they are not providing transaction detail causing huge commission  Rs.413.00?My allegations against S.B.I. Staffs and concerned still continued as they had done nothing in order to redress the grievance of your applicant .
