With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that aforesaid staff of Indian Oil Corporation limited told me that since you had made available bank detail earlier to distributer and they had seeded it and later made available Aadhaar card detail which was also seeded and  properly linked with S.B.I. Account and subsidy reached to the account. Please take a glance of attached documents in the PDF form.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant wants to inform you that your applicant submitted the Aadhaar linking form along with the copy of Aadhaar card bearing serial number 1428343 on 28/01/2015 to distributer Asmita gas service. Which is ipsofacto proved from the acknowledgement receipt obtained from the Asmita gas service. The scanned copy of acknowledgement receipt is attached with this representation.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant’s S.B.I. -KIOSK BANKING Identity Card/pass book containing feedback of consumer was issued on 14/02/2015 on the website concerned and it was made available to your applicant latter. How can your applicant make available bank detail to LPG distributer Asmita gas service earlier when it was not made available to your applicant by bank itself? The scanned copy of  S.B.I. -KIOSK BANKING Identity Card is attached with this representation within PDF documents. Consequently the reply of staff of Indian Oil Corporation Limited is sheer misleading and full of indiscipline.
                                
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. It seems that these guise achieved job by paying illegal gratification to employer otherwise why they don't understand the representation written in lucid style. Entire citizenry is suffering because of tyranny of bureaucrats but still no accountable public functionaries are taking single step in order to reform the system.
