Sir it is most surprising that we were not provided cheque of last year when our district -Allahabad was declared dried affected district and our neighbouring people were also provided relief cheques It is most unfortunate that our state government sought central aid for this year in order to provide relief to victim of natural calamity and part of it was granted by central government but your applicants still awaiting grants of last year 13 May 2016 1457 With due respect your applicantpetitioner wants to draw the kind attention of the Honble Sir to the following submissions as follows 1-It is submitted before the Honble Sir that Whether it is not reflection of tyranny of concerned public functionaries who adopted lackadaisical approach in the disbursement of government funds to victims of the natural calamity Who actually suffered the loss still deprived from the shareright to public aid provided to sufferers of natural calamity like dried ,heavy rain and snow fall 2-It is submitted before the Honble Sir that we always enquired about it from the concerned Lekhpalpatwari but he always procrastinated on our requests 3-It is submitted before the Honble Sir that our village -Purebhawa lies on outskirts of Allahabad district so subordinate staffs are not honest to its duties and dont make efforts to keep its integrity intact Whether it is not startling fact that on one side of screen ,both central and state governments are claiming to be well wishers of victims of calamity but on other side of screen ,their aids are not reaching to needy This is humble request of your appellant to you Honble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system For this your appellant shall ever pray you Honble Sir Yours sincerely 1-Chandra Bali Singh SO Vijay Bahadur Singh ,Mobile number-9451541800 ,2-Shiv Bahadur Singh SO Vijay Bahadur Singh ,Mobile number- 9695662113 , Suresh Kumar Singh SO Vijay Bahadur Singh ,Tej Bahadur Singh SO Vijay Bahadur Singh , Rama Singh WO Chandra Bali Singh ,Uma Singh WO Shiv Bahadur Singh and Madhuri Singh WO Tej Bahadur Singh , Village-Purebhawa,Saraijeet Ray , Tahsil-Phoolpur ,police station-Mauaima , Uttar Pradesh ,India
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that subordinate staffs really takes the direction of government under teeth which is reflection of insolence and most surprising that no action is taken against the indiscipline staff of the government. Whether in such lawlessness ,anarchy and chaos , civil rights of citizenry are safe. Why lackadaisical approach is adopted by the concerned staffs of the state government in redressing the grievances of citizenry? Why procrastination is overlooked by accountable public functionaries and more freedom always opens the gate of tyranny and arbitrariness .
This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
