C.B.S.E. Board didn’t provide the sought information which is reflecting lawlessness and anarchy

The matter is concerned with the
Priyanshi  Dubey in which reference, the information
sought by the information seeker from the CPIO, PMO that was forwarded to the
CPIO human resource development ministry, department of Higher Education
Government of India then to you respected Sir. Since you have not taken any
action on the forwarded communication under subsection 3 of section 6  of the CPIO so, provide the reason under
subsection 1 D  of Section 4 of Right to Information act 2005. Vide
attached documents.
1-According to attached status-High school roll number of Priyanshi Dubey not matched with board uploaded data. Please provide information of uploading different roll number in the uploaded data by CBSE Board. 
2-Page 2 is screen print of online application for scholarship and 3 is CBSE Board High school result and High school roll number according to both is 5246932 but social welfare department considering it suspect entry. Please provide the reason.
Higher education is central subject and CBSE Board is the department of central government and matter is concerned with the Roll number of High school mark sheet issued by the CBSE Board so it can not be overlooked in the name of Govt of Uttar Pradesh. So C.B.S.E. Board must provide the information and for rest of information as closely connected to aforementioned state govt so under subsection 3 of section 6 of R.T.I. Act 2005 matter be forwarded to concerned.

  2. Matter was raised in accordance with the rule but because incompetency concerned staff could not understand the factual position as the matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption.
    Higher education is central subject and CBSE Board is the department of central government and matter is concerned with the Roll number of High school mark sheet issued by the CBSE Board so it can not be overlooked in the name of Govt of Uttar Pradesh.   3. Why concerned CPIO is not providing the sought information when this information will ascertain the accountability of the concerned staff.
