Grievance Description
The applicant is making a complaint regarding shops opened in the premises of money minting institutions since 2018 but B.S.A. Mirzapur did nothing only misled. Eighth standard books total price-Rs. 4871 available only through school not at the shop.
Corruption is so rampant that BSA has directed managements in District Mirzapur to teach NCERT books on paper but school managements are still selling third-grade expensive books. Most surprising is that I sent many representations to various responsible public functionaries including Modi, but they did nothing. Sir need of the hour is to initiate enquiry against BSA as he himself instead of providing any relief to guardians procrastinating on the submitted grievances and fuelling the fire of anarchy. Whether BSA Mirzapur draws huge salary to take rest and leisure in the air-conditioned offices. If the change of books made blindly every year, they may be curb it so that extravagance of guardians on books Government may stop by controlling unethical practice then poor guardians might take a sigh of relief. Application submitted on Jansunwai portal registered as 40019918009952 by the applicant Yogi M. P. Singh itself. I pray before the Honourable Sir that why the government is not making NCERT books compulsory in these CBSE BOARD schools When the NCERT books are AVAILABLE at accessible prices, then why the government is allowing this corrupt practice to promote in our society. Whether such unlawful practice lacks public spirit is not reflecting insensitivity of public staffs towards miseries of common citizenry. We are seeking justice but not available in this largest democracy in the world.
I pray before the Honourable Sir that our public servants are drawing a huge salary for serving us but whether it is not failure of government if the citizenry is being robbed in the daylight. What logistic approach they have, by NOT allowing NCERT BOOKS by managements of private schools and colleges. Whether the bookstalls and cloths stall opened in the temple of learning, B.S.A. Mirzapur can justify through reasoned approach.
In the name of quality education, stalls of clothes and books, affiliated schools to C.B.S.E. may open in the temple of learning  and NCERT BOOKS they will not make compulsory in the wider public interest. Subject-Curriculum REMAINS unchanged but books, they change every year, by the management of private schools and colleges whether Government justify such unlawful practice.

Disposal of the grievance by B.S.A. Mirzapur through its communication dated 24/11/2020 is only showing his incompetency. This letter number 5576 dated-24/11/2020 addressed to the district magistrate Mirzapur is only showing that he could not understand the submissions of the grievance. Here the role of district magistrate Mirzapur is cryptic and full of carelessness. As a monitoring body, District Magistrate Mirzapur accepted this arbitrary report which faraway from the grievance. My demand is to allow N.C.E.R.T. Books which are cheaper compared to private publisher books. I demanded not to allow selling of books in the institutions affiliated to C.B.S.E. Board. The job of the school and Kindergarten to impart education but they are selling books in the institution which is illegal and punishable under the law of land. Here it is most unfortunate that B.S.A. Mirzapur itself accepted it is a policy of the government to teach N.C.E.R.T. Books in the C.B.S.E. affiliated institutions

Undoubtedly the regulation of fee is the subject of government of Uttar Pradesh and repeated representations before them of the aggrieved people in the state and not action on the part of them is showing the reluctant approach of the accountable public functionaries of the government of Uttar Pradesh to the grievances of the citizens in the state.

If the government functionaries collude with the money minting institutions, then such problems quite expected. It is burning truth that yogi government in the state is not taking seriously the problems of the people. Election must be conducted on ballot paper instead of Electronic Voting Machines to ensure free and fair election.

Our prime minister sir comes from Gujarat which is hub of businessmen so commercial activities in the temple of study are automatically promoted. Earlier King used to send prince to the Hermitage of saints to learn and study and they had to live by adopting the practice of beggary but now these learning centres contain air conditioned luxury rooms.
