The matter is concerned with a recharge of the mobile number 9532582185 and most important thing is that process was successfully completed was informed by the BSNL Server on the email address of the applicant but on concerned mobile number SMS message was stating that mobile number could not be processed. Please contact the customer care air for further assistance in the matter. Whether it is not reflecting the mismanagement in the government department if they have charged money for providing the services why are they adapting lackadaisical approach in providing the services? When I connect the modem with the laptop then the message is displayed on the screen that connection was terminated. Respected sir whether it is not the violation of consumer rights of the applicant because of the irresponsible behaviour of the staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited quite obvious in the matter. Sir this did not occur the first time it occurred earlier in each case but no reformatory steps on the part of the department concerned.

Most honourable Sir how can it be justified that concerned public authority Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited still not activated the pack when I have made the charges of aforementioned internet pack quite obvious from the transaction receipt provided by the BSNL app. Now it is obligatory duty of the concerned public authority and its accountable staff to either provide the services are refund the amount paid by the aggrieved applicant if they have little bit honesty in their heart otherwise it is obligatory duty of the competent authority at the Government of India to take initiatives against them so that this Anarchy may end. Sir where is the rule of law.

The matter is concerned with my BSNL mobile number 9794 760 348. applicant is facing Slow speed of net surfing and no network issue and repeated complaints are being made by the applicant but the concerned staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited did not take appropriate action in order to correct the network issue so this complaint is made before the accountable public functionaries of the Government of India that they may take proper fraction in order to correct the network of the BSNL number of the applicant so that no network issue which is being faced by the applicant may be resolved and applicant may take sigh of relief.

  2. If B.S.N.L. have charged in order to provide the services, then why are they not providing the services. This is burning example of violation of the consumer rights of an individual.

Such mistakes are quite common in the dealings of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Mirzapur and this is not first transaction in which such defaults came to the light but most of the transactions which are done on the website of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited such lacunae take place and on complaint they take more than one week in order to correct the error. Whether during this period aggrieved consumer does not suffer the losses which means without providing the services Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited charging its consumers cum its customer’s..

  4. Why following message on the Mobile number that transaction could not be processed and on the Gmail, message was sent of successful transaction? Moreover Rs.108 deducted from the account.
