इस शिकायत की आवश्यकता इस लिए है की मिर्ज़ापुर बीएसएनएल की  क्रेडिबिलिटी इतनी घट गई है की वे कनेक्शन कटने के बावजूद बिल उपलब्ध कराते रह सकते है |
श्री मान जी ३५४ रुपये में महीने भर के लिए डाटा और पूरे दिन रात भारत में किसी नेटवर्क पर बात करने की सुविधा और आप श्री मान जी २४९ रुपये के स्थान पर ७७९ रुपये का बिल पकड़ा दिए और पूछने पर कहा बिल सही है तथा शिकायत करने पर सारी सेवाए बाधित कर दी |
श्री मान जी प्रार्थी ने तो कल ही टेलीफोन सेट कनेक्शन से अलग कर दिया था लेकीन आज टेलीफोन सेट भी आप के स्टाफ को सौप दिए जैसा की स्पस्ट है मुख्तार अली ने आज डेट में बथुआ एक्सचेंज पर टेलीफोन सेट प्राप्त किया | कृपया संलग्नको का अवलोकन करे |
Whether it is justified to provide consumers arbitrarily huge Telephone bills by the B.S.N.L. AND when complaints are made then instead of taking any concrete steps, concerned wrongdoers make efforts to subvert the evidences through their cryptic dealings.
Subject-Matter is concerned with looting of consumers by issuing huge arbitrary bills consequently an enquiry officer be nominated by accountable public functionary to look into entire episode so that truth may be unveiled.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw kind attention of most Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how the charges can be levied on those calls made in free hours by the B.S.N.L. Mirzapur. Most surprising that frequent representations in order to get redressed the grievance was made but concerned accountable public functionary overlooked.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what is the use of qualification if used for wrongdoing causing irreparable damage to consumers and lowering the dignity of the government. Few people are so selfish that in order to achieve their selfish motives overlook the interest institution which has provided them all kind of facilities.  
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if concerned wrongdoers are innocent ,then why they didn’t take any action on the submitted grievances and procrastination is still continued.  Whether good governance means not to take any action on the submitted grievances and be instrumental in spreading anarchy.  
 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
