An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek action against the growing practice of allocating constitutional posts to incompetent people by taking bribe.

  To
Hon’ble chief justice of India/ companion judges
Supreme Court of India, New Delhi
Prayer-Please direct the government of India to frame a transparent and accountable mechanism regarding the appointment and posting of constitutional posts.
Cause of action-1-Concerned government functionaries seek bribe to appoint a candidate for a constitutional post.
2-They appoint ineligible candidates for the constitutional posts as the highest bidder among the claimants occupy the constitutional post.
3-Since the appointment is based on corruption so these constitutional functionaries only promote corruption in the government and never perform the business impartially.
4-Now days our maximum constitutional posts are flooded with the incompetent corrupt staffs who only promotes anarchy in the government.
5-No public functionary few exceptions in this largest democracy in the world promotes honesty and they run away from entertaining the matter concerned with the serious allegations of the corruption.
6-Those raising voices against growing corruption subjects of physical and mental torture by wrongdoer staffs of the government.
7-Corruption always creates corruption, not honesty and appointment of supervisory bodies through corruption can never be instrumental in good governance.
Shooter Vartika Singh Goes To Court Against Smriti Irani, 2 Others

Vartika Singh alleged that people close to the minister issued her a fake letter, appointing her as a member of the central women’s commission, a possible reference to the National Commission for Women.

The MP-MLA court has fixed January 2 for a hearing after which it will decide if the case falls under its jurisdiction, according to her lawyer.

The shooter alleged that people close to the minister issued her a fake letter, appointing her as a member of the central women’s commission, a possible reference to the National Commission for Women.

She alleged that Vijay Gupta and Rajnish Singh, the two “aides” of the Union minister, initially demanded ₹ 1 crore from her and then brought the amount down to ₹ 25 lakh.

She also alleged that one of the men talked to her in an obscene manner.

Sir, here police lodged F.I.R. against Vartika Singh because she exposed the corrupt sheep in the government machinery but her representations before the judiciary of this country is pending for deciding jurisdiction of the court.

On November 23, however, Vijay Gupta had lodged a complaint against the shooter and another person at Musafirkhana police station in Amethi district, accusing them of levelling unfounded charges against him and trying to spoil his image.

Based on the complaint, police had lodged an FIR against her.

Vartika Singh, however, claimed that the complaint was lodged after she threatened to expose “corruption”.

Whether the F.I.R. LODGED against Shooter Vartika Singh, apex court can justify?

Whether this fabricated F.I.R. is not an attempt to suppress the raised voice against corruption?

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can anyone justify to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Date-26/12/2020            Yours sincerely

Yogi M. P. Singh, Mobile number-7379105911, Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001.

Whether it is a good governance where aggrieved is knocking the door to lodge the FIR against the wrongdoers but the wrongdoer succeeds to lodge FIR against the aggrieved woman. Modi sir talks of honesty but his minister is taking bribe for the post of member of of women Commission whether it is justified? Whether honesty can be expected from such ministry?

Constitutional posts are not toffee or gift which is being provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh and government of India they must curb such practices which are against the constitution of this country. Undoubtedly it is rampant corruption that a minister colleagues are taking bribe from a lady 2500000 rupees for the post of a member in the women commission. Think about the gravity of situation that what type of people are ruling us and what is their integrity.

it is most unfortunate that constitutional post in this largest democracy in the world are provided by the political masters by taking the bribe quite obvious from the post so need of hour is that apex court of India must interfere in the matter and such corrupt practices must be curbed as soon as possible in the wide interest of the common people because such incompetent staffs who are appointed by paying the bribe at the constitutional post can never provide the justice to common citizens in the country.

Undoubtedly Vartika Singh played a positive role to correct the the government machinery which was her obligatory duty/ fundamental duty prescribed in the article 51 A of the constitution of India but government is playing negative role because it is not taking any action against the wrongdoer and most negative role is that police has lodged a FIR against the vertica Singh and application of the Vartika Singh is pending before the court of law which yet to decide the jurisdiction instead of taking action in the matter concerned with the deep rooted corruption.
