Banks have been uncontrolled because of incompetence and corruption in working of government functonaries

Sir/Madam,
I have not opened this account under any tax saving scheme. This is completely an online opening account FD and there was no lock-in period mentioned when I click it. I opened it because I can close it at any time online. But the whole idea was changed by HDFC. Now I don’t find any way to close this account and get my money back from the FD account.

Complaint No. C- 201819006000030 against HDFC Bank Ltd
Please refer to your complaint filed with us.
2. On taking up the issue with the bank, it was informed that the Fixed Deposit was opened under Tax Savings Scheme with a lock-in period of 5 years as stated in the terms and conditions. Hence the bank has expressed its inconvenience to accept your request for pre-matured withdrawal.
3. In view of the above, it is informed that there is no further course of action warranted against the bank. We, therefore, advise that your complaint has been closed under clause 13 (a) of the Scheme, which reads as under:
“The Banking Ombudsman may reject a complaint at any stage if it appears to him that the Complaint made is not on the grounds of complaint referred to in clause 8”.
4. Please note that a complaint closed under the above clause is not appealable under the Scheme and that you are free to approach any other grievance redressal fora, as you deem fit, to redress your complaint.
This is issued as per the orders of the Banking Ombudsman.

Where is banking ombudsman ? There is sheer corruption in the system. It seems that from the date of posting, most of the public staffs only think about pocket instead of public work of which they have been appointed.

As aggrieved made allegations so order of enquiry is must.
I have not opened this account under any tax saving scheme. This is completely an online opening account FD and there was no lock-in period mentioned when I click it. मैंने यह खाता किसी कर बचत योजना के तहत नहीं खोला है। यह पूरी तरह से एक ऑनलाइन ओपनिंग एफडी है और इसे क्लिक करने पर कोई लॉक-इन पीरियड नहीं बताया गया है। मैंने इसे खोला क्योंकि मैं इसे किसी भी समय ऑनलाइन बंद कर सकता हूं। लेकिन पूरा विचार एचडीएफसी द्वारा बदल दिया गया था। अब मुझे इस खाते को बंद करने और एफडी खाते से अपने पैसे वापस पाने का कोई तरीका नहीं मिला।
