If the matter was
taken up by the circle office Allahabad ,then on the ground of that submitted
grievance is considered redressed and consequently closed by public grievance
portal of government of India specially when the matter is concerned with
corruption and atrocities perpetrated by the staffs of central government
itself. 22 August 2016 10:52 With due respect your applicant wants to draw
the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as
follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant
submitted the following grievance on PG Portal in order to get redressed.

Hon’ble Sir that matter is concerned with Punjab National Bank located at
Rani Ganj Tahsil ,District-Pratapgarh ,Uttar Pradsh . Evaluate/assess the
rent of my house by pursuing the standard norm and pay the hire of tower
installed on the floor of house with arrears. Matter is concerned with rent
of house of your applicant taken on rent by Punjab National Bank located at
Rani Ganj Tahsil ,District-Pratapgarh ,Uttar Pradsh . 3-It is submitted
before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant is Nagendra Bahadur Singh S/O
Shivpal Singh is the land lord provided his house constructed at aforesaid
address to Punjab National Bank at rent but bank is not providing the rent
according to set up norm and a meagre amount is provided by the bank which is
too much less in such steep hiked inflation. 4-It is submitted before the
Hon’ble Sir that your applicant is repeatedly asking them to pay the rent by
pursuing set up standard norm established by the government or like
institutions but concerned Branch manager is adopting lackadaisical approach
and procrastination in the matter concerned. 5-It is submitted before the
Hon’ble Sir that please send your observer to inspect/visit the place and
assess the rent so that detriment occurred to your applicant may be
compensated by bank and your applicant may get justice. Consequently your
applicant may get justice deprived from it because of insolence of concerned
staffs. 6-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Current Status of
aforesaid submitted grievance is that staffs of government by colluding with
bank staffs closed the case without reaching the final stage. Your aggrieved
applicant is moving here and there for justice. Matter was closed on
13-July-2016 and close status is as- Matter has been taken up with Circle
Office Allahabad, vide e mail dated 27.06.2016 .If circle office provided
justice then why this reminder? Here we are facing sheer anarchy in the
system whether central government or state government.

The matter was
take up with CO: Allahabad, they recommended to drop the matter since the
complaint is not based on facts. Bank has never admitted to give rent for the
RF tower installed at the roof, so Bank has never paid any rent for this and
there is no rent due for RF tower. CO has also submitted that the RF tower
has been removed from the roof since March 2016. The lease of the branch
premises is executed on 01.03.2007 for 5+5 years. There is no rental dues. As
such the matter is closed at ours.

  1. Whether it is justified that without permission of Landlord, tower may be installed on the roof of rented house and when land lord asked for rent ,then tower installed may be removed from the roof. Now concerned bank is escaping from paying the rent of tower.

  2. Every one is apprised with the facts that what is going on in the system in the government of Uttar Pradesh and India. Here most of the legislators have criminal antecedents but who cares if entirety of system is contaminated with such elements .What can be expected from such people.
