Revered Hon’ble staff-following transactions have be refunded by C.R.P.F. into the account of your applicant BUT commission deducted from the Bank still being awaited by your applicant.

Hon ‘ble Sir , With due respect you are acknowledged as following amount refunded into the account of your applicant in regard to Alok Bhardwaj but excess payment in respect of Mohammed Akaram and concerned submitted grievance still  awaiting redressal consequently inviting your attention. Please help your applicant in order to get refund of additional paid amount as fee.

 It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Rs.48.00 commission was charged by state bank of India on failed transactions which is sheer illegal and unjustified can’t be pardoned under the law of land. Whether your bank is not accountable for security of transactions made by customers.
On those transactions ,according to your website transaction charges is zero ,your bank used to levy charges . After all your are free to take action against me and I am ready to face trial. Undoubtedly you are winner in the specific matter but not in entire matter.

In terms of your above mentioned complaint, we have to advise that you are habitual to use un- parliamentary language against the Bank, it is not acceptable to us. Bank’s service charges are uniform and available in Public domain. Bank never charge discriminately from its customers and public in general.
It is presumed that Rs.413.80 has been debited against transaction made by you personally, through internet banking using “Citrus Payment Solutions of India” platform with INB ID & password. If anything contrary of the above, you may report it separately to enable us to do needful accordingly.

Undoubtedly our major concern is malpractices which are in practice of bank and language being used by bank itself not parliamentary and trying to demoralize the public spirited person in order to suppress his voice. Why bank didn't return the commission charged on failed transactions and they are levying commission on those transactions on which transaction charges are zero.D.D. is made available in one month and two days which it is to be made available within five days from the date receipt is issued to seeker online.
