For Kind Attention Mr Yogi MP Singh
1.       Refer to your email dated 07 Jul 2016 and tele-communication received by you from this directorate regarding the issue of non filling of the online application form.
2.       On scrutiny of your request, it was found that the official recruitment website “www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in” of Indian Coast Guard is working satisfactorily as large number of candidates have successfully submitted the application.
3        Further, the probable reasons for registration failure may be due slow internet connection, using smartphones with poor network to fill up the application, improper filling of the application form etc. In such cases, the website directs the candidate to a predefined error page showing “DUE TO TECHNICAL FAULT, PLEASE FILL THE APPLICATION FORM ONCE AGAIN”.
4.       In view of the above, it is requested that the online form may be submitted accordingly as the application form will be accepted till 1700 hrs. on 11 July 2016. Queries, if any, kindly contact on the number given in the website/Error page.
Regards,
Directorate Of Recruitment
Indian Coast Guard,India .

Whether good governance means websites may be prepared by public recruiters in such a way ,more than fifty percent aspirants may not apply online forms.

Think about dilapidated website of defence ministry concerned with the recruitment of sailors . Your applicant submitted application of Anjaney Shukla S/O Mr. Sachchida Nand Shukla  10 times but online form couldn’t be submitted.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached documents containing filled online forms of aforesaid student not accepted by the dilapidated and outdated website of Navy.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant was not interested to send this grievance in the service of PMO but such recruiters are too much clavers who did not want to entertain the grievances of aggrieved so don’t provide facility to accept written complaint as there is accountability in entertaining written complaints.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that since unemployment in the country is on its peak so in order to avoid heavy rush they play such game not to accept the online form arbitrarily. Since written complaint is not entertained and given phone numbers are only show pieces so more that fifty percents youths are arbitrarily deprived from the competition. Such acts are violations of article 14 and 16 of constitution of India.

This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  1. It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that it seems that since unemployment in the country is on its peak so in order to avoid heavy rush they play such game not to accept the online form arbitrarily. Since written complaint is not entertained and given phone numbers are only show pieces so more that fifty percents youths are arbitrarily deprived from the competition. Such acts are violations of article 14 and 16 of constitution of India.

  2. Last year those could fill up the online form were not invited for next stage test. When unemployment has reached on zenith in our society, then such non transparency and accountability will be fruitful to our society. Whether in t7way article14 and16 are pursued by our public functionaries.
